We are looking for E-scooter maintenance specialist for Voi. Born out of a vision to challenge car culture and redefine urban space, Voi was founded by four Swedes to help reduce air pollution, road congestion and the spatial footprint of transport in our cities. The idea was to rent out dockless electric scooters by the minute, providing the public with a fast, convenient and environmentally friendly mode of transport for last-mile mobility in downtown areas.

Who we are looking for:
Fleet specialist

Your responsibilities:
– ​​Collecting and deploying Voi vehicles across the city
– Searching for and recovering damaged vehicles in the field
– Swapping batteries and carrying out quick on-site repairs 
– Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs at the warehouse 
– Disassembling and recycling vehicles beyond repair 
– Receiving, packaging and preparing new vehicles and batteries 
– Keeping the fleet tidy – spotting damaged vehicles, clearing up parking spots, lifting fallen vehicles.

Requirements: 
– You have working proficiency in English both spoken and written (can handle job-related communication independently)​ 
– You have​ a valid Swedish or EU driving license (category B)
– You have prior professional driving experience or a similar logistics role or previous experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance

Your profile:
– You have a solid knowledge of Stockholm and are confident driving in the city 
– You are comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps

What employer offers:
– Time-limited, seasonal contract (2 months, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs)
– Part-time employment (3 days a week) with start as soon as possible
– Working hours are according to shift both weekdays and weekends, including early mornings with start from 5.30 am and late evenings until 23.30.

This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labour market. Participants have a residence permit in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship
