Spritmuseum is a museum on the island of Djurgården in Stockholm, dedicated to Swedish drinking culture, history, art and traditions. It is the permanent home to the internationally renowned Absolut Art Collection and offers a variety of exhibitions, tastings and interactive experiences that explore the role of spirits and beverages in Swedish society.

Who we are looking for:

Your responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook both hot and cold dishes in accordance with established standards.
– Handle food preparation (mise en place) efficiently ahead of service.
– Work independently based on given instructions and kitchen guidelines.
– Maintain high performance in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
– Demonstrate curiosity and a strong interest in culinary development and quality.
Requirements:
– You speak and understand English at an advanced level or are fluent in it.
– You have at least 6 months of previous experience as a Cook or Kallskänka.
– You are able to work quick with curiousity, work in a team and follow rules.
– You can work during lunches, evenings and every second weekend.
– If you speak Swedish at an intermedaite level or higher, it is a big plus.

Important:
This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
