Who we are looking for:
Department manager

Responsibilities:
Managing the store and the team in coordination with the Store Manager
– Managing people: recruitment, absenteeism, feedback, conflict resolution, motivation
– Daily effective communication with the sales team and the product manager
– Being in charge of following up on the training plan for new hires and managing team development, store succession planning and performance
– Making sure that Visual Merchandising reflects current trends and enhances best sellers
– Customer Experience focus, ensuring that the team is trained to always maintain a high standard in Customer Service
– Performing the rest of the store manager’s functions in their absence.

Requirements:
You have very good command of English language
– You have experience working for fast fashion companies, as well as you have passion for fashion and knowledge of the market, competitors and trends
– You have good knowledge of the company, the brand and the store
– You have team management experience
– You’re flexible to work according to shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
– You must be able to attend interview meeting with employer in Stockholm on March 19th 2026.
