Our customer is a café that will soon open in Nacka. Small, dedicated team is bringing the flavors of Brazil to Stockholm — through specialty coffee, Brazilian pastries, lunch dishes, and cold-brew coffee drinks. You will be working in a small café, closely alongside with one of co-owners, who is also a certified barista. Together, you will strive to create a unique taste experience inspired by Brazil — where coffee, food, and atmosphere are at the heart of everything done.

Who we are looking for:
Certified Barista with Experience in Specialty Coffee
Your responsibilities:
– prepare espresso and filter coffee with precision and consistency;
– perform latte art and master specialty coffee techniques;
– greet guests warmly and take orders with attention to detail;
– assist with food service and light food preparation;
– contribute to smooth daily café operations in collaboration with management.
Requirements:
– you are fluent in English and have good communication skills;
– you speak and understand Swedish at least at a basic level;
– you are a certified barista with at least 2–3 years of experience in specialty coffee;
– you are skilled in both espresso and pour-over methods (e.g. V60, Kalita).

What the employer offers:
– full-time contract (100%);
– 6 months probation period;
