Who we are looking for:
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
– check guests in and out efficiently and professionally;
– answer phone calls and emails in a friendly and helpful manner;
– be present and available for guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
Requirements:
– professional working proficiency in Swedish (can handle most job-related communication independently);
– fluent in English (comfortable with complex topics, both written and spoken);
– strong social skills and attention to detail.
