How quickly can you deliver candidates?

On average we deliver candidates within 10 days.

How does you recruitment process look like?

1. Fill in a job description
The first step is to have a meeting with Connecting Jobs to discuss your needs and get guidance on the next steps. After that, you’ll receive a form to fill in with the job description. Once it’s submitted, a recruiter will contact you to confirm the details.


2. Publish the job ad
The job description is translated into an English or Swedish job ad and we publish it in our extensive network.

3. Initial screening and interviews
Our experienced recruiters interview the most relevant applicants.

4. Presentation of candidates
We present the selection of candidates who best match your requirements.

5. Candidate handover
Once the candidates have been presented, the employers regular recuitment process applies.

Placement vs. qualifications, which matters more?

We believe that every professional deserves a role that values their knowledge and experience. For many who have recently arrived in Sweden, the first job may not fully reflect their background — but it can be an important step toward building a career and a new life here.

Can your candidates speak Swedish?

Many of our candidates do speak Swedish, but language skills vary depending on the individual. To ensure the best match, it’s helpful if you include your language requirements in the job description, that way we may recommend candidates who meet your needs.

Are your candidates based in Sweden?

Yes, all of our candidates are based in Sweden.

Do your candidates receive support from the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen)?

Some of our candidates are eligible to support via Arbetsförmedlingen. However, this is neither a status we can confirm nor a process we manage. As such this process is owned by the employer.
