Our programme is open to:
– Asylum seekers from all countries
– Ukrainians staying in Sweden under the mass flight directive with a coordination number (samordningsnummer).

This programme is funded by the county administrative board of Stockholm (Länsstyrelsen Stockholm).

– Understand job offers, workplace expectations, and your rights and responsibilities as an employee
– Choose realistic pathways that match your skills, background, and goals

• We run group sessions when we have many participants who speak the same language.
• If there are only a few participants who speak your language, you will receive individual coaching focused on your needs.
• You will still get access to the same information as in the group sessions.

Our job coaches speak: Arabic, English, Persian, Spanish, Turkish & Ukrainian.

FAQ

1. Where are you located?

We are based in Stockholm, but all services are available online. Living in another part of Sweden is not a problem.

2. When do meetings take place?

Activities usually take place on weekdays, 09:00–17:00.

3. Do you have a schedule of activities?

Individual meetings are booked based on your availability and ours. Group sessions are planned 1-2 weeks in advance, and you will receive a separate invitation for each workshop you haven’t attended before.

4. Do I have to pay to participate?

Participation is free of charge. The programme is funded by Länsstyrelsen Stockholm, and all costs are covered.
