About us.

Connecting Jobs empowers newcomers in Sweden by creating career opportunities and introducing them to relevant networks for more effective integration into the labor market. At the same time, we provide employers with access to new talent, helping them diversify their teams and foster a more inclusive workplace. As part of the non-profit organisation Beredskapslyftet, we are committed to building a Sweden where diversity and competence drive progress for both businesses and society.

About Beredskapslyftet. The initiators of Beredskapslyftet were the Wallenberg Foundations, Novare, and Sophiahemmet during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. It was launched to quickly retrain furloughed SAS staff and support healthcare during the pandemic.

Today, it is a non-profit association that mobilizes resources from the business sector in times of crisis.

Behind the association are Novare, FAM, Roschier, SAAB, PwC, Roschier, and Axel Johnson. Among the initiatives are Connecting Jobs, Reskilling Ukraine, and the crime prevention program Rätt Kurva.

Project for Asylum seekers – Connecting Jobs, Länsstyrelsen

In June 2024, we received funding from Länsstyrelsen of Stockholm for a one-year project aimed at supporting asylum seekers, including Ukrainians with coordination numbers, to get closer to employment in Sweden. The project, called “I want to work in Sweden”, organizes information sessions and offers training about the Swedish labor market, as well as providing career guidance and study visits.
