Join our Interview preparation workshop for academics on December 15!
This is a unique opportunity to learn how to present your academic and professional background to employers in Sweden, prepare for job interviews, and practise in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll gain practical tools to structure your answers, discuss your strengths, and effectively handle both common and challenging interview questions.
The workshop will be guided by Elisabeth Ramel, Advisor/Consultant/HR, who has long experience working with recruitment and candidate coaching.
The session will be interactive and focused on practice. You will work in a small group, get feedback, and leave with concrete tips you can use in your next interview.

- Learn how to read and understand job descriptions
- Match your skills and experience to what the employer is asking for
- Prepare good questions to ask the interviewer
- Create a clear 3-minute self-presentation
- Practise answering common and difficult interview questions
- Take part in simulated interviews and receive feedback
