Who we are looking for:
Kitchen assistant
Your responsibilities:
– prepare meat and vegetables;
– knead dough;
– braise beef tendons independently;
– make beef bone soup base and check its saltiness;
– wok noodles;
– keep the kitchen clean;
– perform other tasks needed in the restaurant (e.g. dishwashing, serving guests).
Requirements:
– you speak and understand English at an intermediate level;
– you speak and understand Swedish at a basic level;
– you are confident with a kitchen knife and can cut ingredients in high tempo;
– you have experience of kitchen assistant or similar;
– experience with Chinese or other Asian cuisine is a big plus;
– conversational level of Chinese is a plus.

What the employer offers:
– full-time contract (100%), possibility of permanent employment;
– different shifts – restaurant is usually open Tuesday – Sunday, 11:00 – 21:00;
