This project I want to work in Sweden is run by our non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet and funded by Länsstyrelsen Stockholm, which means participation is completely free.

We offer both group workshops and individual coaching sessions where you can ask questions, get guidance, and build your confidence.

We believe that everyone should gain the skills needed to search for jobs independently. That’s why our goal is to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the Swedish job market — and succeed.

Project stages:

If we both agree that the project will meet your expectations, we will schedule the first individual meeting, during which we will discuss your experience, education, and the type of job you are looking for. During this meeting, we will make a plan for the next steps in the project.
